From the owner

House El Cartero is a typical farmhouse Aragonesa de architecture native, originally from the year 1851 and which was restored in 2008 using new materials from demolition, retaining all its traditional style. It is located in the Centre of the town of Santalecina. Although the House does not have a swimming pool, in summer during the months of June to September is in service the municipal swimming pool of the population. The House has heating and consists of a double room, a triple and another marriage, distributed in two floors and with a total capacity for seven people. The rooms are provided with bed linen and towels.

On the ground floor is one of the double bedrooms, lounge room with fireplace and a bathroom on the top floor is kitchen with appliances, dining room, a large bathroom and two rooms, one triple and marriage.

The exterior features a great conditioning and landscaped courtyard. Also has a covered used as a garage. The excellent location of Santalecina on the slopes of the river Cinca allows you to contact the offering through all the senses, enjoying stunning views, the trails walking or bicycling, watching birds in their natural... The region has different entities who are professionally engaged in related activities, such as sports adventure, horseback riding or recreational flights.

Its location allows us to make various visits to wineries of the Valle del Cinca and Somontano, as well as to discover the historical heritage offering municipalities in these regions, such as: Santa Lecina. The Church of San Salvador.

Villanueva de Sigena. The monastery and the birthplace of Miguel Servet.

Monsoon. The Templar Castle and the Church of Santa María de el Romeral.

FONZ. Renaissance architecture.

Barbastro. The Cathedral of the assumption and the Diocesan Museum of Barbastro-Monzón.

Alquézar. The Medieval Village and the collegiate church Santa Maria the greater.

Secastilla. Shrine of Torreciudad.
