Bayview Terrace #5 is located perfectly as an end unit in a small complex. It boasts great ocean views from its 2nd floor balcony and peaceful privacy on its lower patio situated directly above the complex's plunge pool. Each of the two bedrooms has plenty of storage, its own bathroom (with hot water) located just across the hall, and direct access to the upper balcony where one can enjoy a great cup of Nicaraguan coffee while watching the wild parrots; or an evening cocktail watching the sensational sunsets. Its fully appointed kitchen allows for all the conveniences of home yet the decor and furnishings, made of local hardwood, creates an ambiance that reminds you that you are in a tropical paradise. There is on-site parking in a secure and gated outdoor area. The entrance from the parking area requires guests to climb a number of stairs but there is also another level entrance to the property on the road behind the building. House keeping is provided once per week. There is a safe in the unit for added peace of mind for the guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sylvia (the owner) a message.

If Sylvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
