Casita Agua Dulce, a lovely Spanish style casita, is a brand new addition to the prestigious neighborhood of Costa Azul. Its location is unique in that one can take a five minute stroll to the beach and/or to the heart of the quaint village of San Pancho. This casita is exquisitely designed and tastefully decorated with marble flooring and Spanish tiles.

Each of the two deluxe queen bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs with DVD players, remote controlled air conditioning, en suite bathrooms, and sliding glass windows and doors so guests can sleep well in a quiet, cool environment without the use of air conditioning. The casita has a top floor terrace and on the ground level is the outdoor palapa-covered kitchen, and jetted plunge pool. The casita is surrounded by a variety of flowering plants and mango trees, and is ideal for a small family or couples looking for a peaceful vacation in a tropical paradise.

This property also consists of a separate home, Casa Sweetwater that has it’s own private entrance. Casa Sweetwater is a four-bedroom home that can also be rented as a two or three-bedroom home. Please inquire about Casa Sweetwater II, Casa Sweetwater III or the four-bedroom, Casa Sweetwater for more information. Both houses can be rented together to make a six-bedroom villa, Villa Sweetwater.

This casita is unavailable to rent on it's own for for holiday rentals. The enitre property, which includes a separate, four-bedroom home must be rented as a six-bedroom villa December 15 - January 9.

Very nice casita, over our expectations. Pool and rooftop terrace are definitely a plus. Few steps from the village, but enough far for tranquility. Highly recommend, we will book there again for sure… More

Small and beautiful place for a family gathering!!! Kitchen is outdoors so it was really nice to have all our meals outside!
