Primera línea de mar y playa, vista lateral .

Cómodo apartamento en el centro de Salou, delante de la estatua de Jaime 1º . Tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción comunitaria, un baño completo, cocina americana reformada. Está provisto de toda clase de electrodomésticos, utensilios y servicio de mesa. Salón, comedor, terraza y dos habitaciones, una de matrimonio y otra individual.

En el recinto hay dos piscinas, una para adultos y otra infantil. Ambiente agradable, zona ajardinada.

Su vista es lateral al mar y a la piscina, también a la montaña, haciendo del apartamento, un lugar en donde podrá pasar unas espléndidas vacaciones. Situado en pleno centro turístico, Paseo Jaime Iº cerca de bares, restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados.

CONDICIONES ESPECIALES:

Las sábanas y toallas no están incluidas en el precio, se pueden rentar bajo petición, como máximo 1 semana antes de la llegada. El precio es de 12 € por persona y estancia. Si Vd. quiere puede traer las suyas .

Tasa turística no incluida, (0.99 cts. noche por persona mayor de 16 años), máximo 7 noches.

No tiene parking . Preguntaría si hubiera uno de disponible en el bloque y entonces podríamos alquilarlo , el precio sería a convenir entre el dueño y nosotros .

Las anteriores condiciones se pagarán en efectivo el día de llegada in situ.

La limpieza final tiene un precio de 50 € a cuenta del cliente

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Josefina Bartoli / (the owner) a message.

If Josefina Bartoli / (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
