En primerísima línea de mar y playa, El edificio BARCINO está situado frente al mar y a tan sólo unos diez metros de la playa que tan sólo cruzará la calle y ya pisará la arena y sumergirse en el mar. La mejor ubicación de Salou. Zona (acantilados). Situado en una de las zonas más turÍstica, desde la terraza podrá disfrutar de la magnifica playa, sus visitantes, y románticas puestas de sol. TERRAZA MUY GRANDE . Es muy cómodo, tiene acceso a dos calles, la parada de bus a 50 m. supermercados cerca. Port Aventura y pistas de golf a 2 km.

Dispone aire acondicionado .

Aunque se anuncie como dos habitaciones, tiene realmente tres , una de ellas está situada en la parte lateral de la terraza que está cerrada con unas puertas correderas , no hay persianas , tiene solamente unas cortinas muy recias para que no traspase la luz y no moleste al amanecer. Hago esta ACLARACIÓN para que se pueda entender la situación de la tercera habitación . En dicha habitación en estos momentos no dispone de aire acondicionado .

Es para usarla en caso de emergencia por si se presenta alguien inesperado. Puede ser un buen recurso.

Está provisto de buenos toldos para proteger del sol en verano.

Bares y restaurantes en la misma calle, paseo fenomenal con su fuente luminosa al final, que es admirada por todos los visitantes. El paseo de ronda de Salou empieza allí ,donde podrá llegar a la playa de Capellans en tan sólo pocos minutos.

Dicha playa, es pequeñita y muy tranquila .

CONDICIONES ESPECIALES:

Pedimos cómo condición que traigan la ropa de cama y toallas de su casa . Pues dicha ropa, no está incluida en el precio. Pero se pueden rentar bajo petición, como máximo 1 semana antes de la llegada. El precio es de 10 € por persona y estancia.

La limpieza final tiene un precio de 60 € a pagar por el cliente.

Hay posibilidad de parking en el edificio del lado, se tiene que solicitar. El precio es de (10 €/ por noche )

Tasa turística no incluida, (0.99 cts/noche por persona mayor de 16 años), máximo 7 noches.

Las anteriores condiciones se pagarán en efectivo el día de llegada a la entrega de llaves .

Semana Santa estancia mínima 4 noches.

Esta es una opinión puntual del cliente. Las obras se encontraban al otro lado del edificio, desafortunadamente pudo haberle molestdo el ruido. El propietariono pudo hacerse presente porque justo falleció en eso días, pero estaba el key holder todo el tiempo pendiente sin obtener una actitud receptiva por parte del cliente. Se puede observar que la opinión del cliente es una excepción en todas las reservas que se han recibido.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

If Josefina Bartoli / (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
