Magnificent semi-new ground floor with terrace and direct access to pool and garden. Two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Parking space and unlimited Wi-Fi included, Located in residential area of ​​Salou, next to the beaches and all services. Separate kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equipped and with nespresso machine, living room with sofa bed TV smart TV with access to Netflix free and exit to terrace of 18 meters with direct access to communal area with garden and two swimming pools (high season) (one children's) a luxury and ideal for children. Air conditioning with heat pump ducts. Master bedroom for 2 adults with large bed of 1.60 and brand new mattress and TV. Bedroom 2 with 4 beds. Parking for large car included. 500 meters from the beach, bus stop 50 meters away with port aventura stop and Ferrari land in 4 minutes. Only families are rented, not groups of young people. immaculate and beautiful apartment home from home

We stayed here in may the apartment was clean modern and had everything you would need including netflix which was an added bonus it was home from home there is a park near by as well as a supermarket… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jaime (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
