Zona muy silenciosa y ambiente para el relax. Rincones para practicar la lectura, yoga o cualquier actividad en contacto con la naturaleza.

La casa se encuentra a tan solo 8 km del centro de Salamanca capital en un ambiente de naturaleza y tranquilidad y cerca del rio Tormes donde puede disfrutar de paseos en bici o caminar. En tan solo 15 minutos en coche estará en el centro de Salamanca visitando sus monumentos para después volver a la casa y disfrutar de la paz en un lugar único. La parcela de 5000m2 totalmente privados y con acceso de puerta automática dispone de todas las comodidades con una bonita y acogedora decoración. Las 5 habitaciones son todas diferentes con suelos y ventanas de madera y con vistas al jardín y piscina. 2 baños completos con bañera. Un gran salón/bodega con decoración rústica. Dispone de chimenea, cocina americana y aseo. La casa tiene también salón invernadero dentro de la casa y comedor en planta baja. Detrás de la casa hay una huerta. Esos son algunos de los encantos que harán que este lugar te enamore y desees quedarte en cualquier etapa del año.

El alojamiento tiene 5 habitaciones, 2 baños completos compartidos, salón/comedor,salón invernadero, bodega rustica son salón/comedor/cocina americana y aseo, jardines, huerta, gallinero, piscina con pérgola y cama chillout,

La propietaria tiene su vivienda adosada a la casa, en la misma ubicación, pero todas las instalaciones exteriores son para el uso del inquilino, por lo que siempre estará disponible facilitando cualquier cosa que necesiten.la leña se cobrará un saco a 4€.

En el exterior no se puede poner musica, tampoco

escándalos ni fiestas por respeto a los vecinos, es una urbanización tranquila, y las normas de la urbanización no permiten, poner música en el exterior

Cuando tú entraste en la casa no habia ni moscas ni nada, pero claro durante 24h las puertas de la casa abiertas es normal que se metan moscas y de todo La casa tiene una decoración con mucho gusto y lo esencial para que sea un hogar, tú ya la habías visto en las fotos, es exactamente igual Y de que yo tengo la casa al lado lo pone claramente en la página, tú ya sabías donde ibas y si no, lo hubieras leído, todo lo que pone en ella Nunca he tenido ningún problema con nadie los inquilinos tienen total independencia y jamás ni he molestado ni me han molestado nadie

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
