It is strategically situated a stone's throw from the area's most famous skewers Salamanca (Van Dyck conocidísima area) and very close to the Plaza Mayor, which is accessed on foot in 10 minutes. You can then forget about the car and walk around to sites of interest, both cultural and gastronomic tourism and holidays. The area also has all kinds of services at less than 50 meters around: parking, food market, supermarkets, 24-hour, cinemas, bars, restaurants but also health center, gym, hairdressing and childcare.

    Piso muy amplio, super limpio, muy bien situado, y cerca de la Plaza Mayor. Además muy cerca de la zona de tapas, pero sin ruidos.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Marie Noelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
