We have available a Beautiful Beachfront House totally furnished, have 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath., unbelievable beach views, beach patios, deck, gardens, gated, direct access from the highway, private main gate, parking for 2 cars. And more important: Direct access to your private beach!

Walking distance to our wood oven ristorante “Trentaquattro" Baja-Mediterrean Cuisine with local wines and craft beers of the house, and more than 10 surf points just walking!.

We are located only 5 min. south of downtown Rosarito Beach Baja and 35 min. from San Diego California ). But if you like play golf we have in north Real del mar only 15 min. driving and Bajamar only 35 min. south. Perfect climate year round 76 F, never need A/C & never snow here!

Our private beach doesn't have any dangerous currents, pollution and dangerous holes....( See the pictures), really safe and clean beach. Perfect beach for surf, snorkeling, diving, run or walk during the mornings, swimming, kayaking, paddle surf, fishing, read, relax or to take good tan. You don't need to be millionaire to make dream come true, come to our resort and you will see.

Come for vacation in a beautiful beachfront villa & area, in the front of our private beach for affordable price. We are not on the crowds of Downtown.... Enjoy Privacy, Relax and Enjoy.........

1.-Check Out Time is 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (Office Hours)

Check In Time is 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. (Office Hours)

2.-Deposit all garbage in bags and outside in blue/black trash cans next to the main door..

3.-Take good care of all furniture, fixtures and plants. Please do not take any furniture outside or to the beach, exept the beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The surfboards must be clean with no sand and installed again in the rack of the surf shack .

4.-A beach house will be occupied by the number of guest for which you have SUBMITTED NAMES. A two bedroom/one bathroom unit shall be occupied by four (4) guest only & max. Renters have the privilege of using all common areas (side walks, common patios, pergolas, beach, playgrounds, etc.) However, renters CAN NOT BRING OUTSIDE GUESTS.

5.-Maid service is not provided for the beach house during your stay.

6.-We are not responsible for valuables left in the beach house.

7.-Bath towels are providers, please take good care of this.

8.-Fireworks are strictly prohibited at “Mar de Coral”.

9.-Parking spaces correspond to your beach house number. Please do not park in someone else's parking space.

10.-After 10:00 p.m. all sound system (i.e. Radio, T.V., Stereo Equipment ) including occupants voices must be lowered so as not to disturb neighbouring beach houses occupants. Also, please respect other people privacy.

11.-Do not hang wet garments out to dry.

12.-Absolutely no rental refunds of any kind for time, beach house was reserved.

13.-All persons making the trip shall be deemed to have waived all claims against “Mar de Coral” for injury, accident, illness occurring during or by any reason of your stay.

14.-Individual signing rental check ( Hereinafter referred to as “Responsible Party”) shall inform ALL GUEST of Rental House Rules.

15.-Responsible Party's signature on rental check shall indicate his/her full agreement with “Rental Program House Rules” as indicated here with.

16.-“Mar de Coral” personnel reserve the right to evict any and all house occupants or behaviors that is deemed inappropriate or disturbing the peace of neighbouring beach house owners.

17.-Please do not throw paper on toilet, we provide a trash can in bathrooms.

18.-We don't allowed pets and PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE. Please keep the gate close and lock any time.

19.-Do not use motorcycles in the resort.

20.-In the event of any legal disputes arising directly or indirectly out of this relationship, exclusive jurisdiction of this dispute shall be in the appropriate civil court of Rosarito Beach Baja , Mexico.

22.- MOST IMPORTANT: Have Funn and enjoy a lot, you will be setting in a piece of paradise of the Baja California Coast and the best Beach in the Peninsula of Baja!!! :)
