Perfectly located holiday apartment with swimming pool. Very spacious and comfortable with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. Clean, bright and airy; set in a quiet yet convenient location close to Rockley Beach. Very large bedrooms plus large bathroom, en-suite to master and utility room. With a well equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge when you are in you will feel at home! The generous patio with nightly light pool and large garden provide the space you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. Cable TV and Wi-fi included. Children very welcome. 2 bedroom apartment also available as property is a duplex.

“Perfect location, gracious hosts, simply paradise.”

This is one of my favorite places to stay on the island. It's close to everything - 2 minute walk to the beach, Chefette and the main road. The house is very clean and stocked with everything you need to feel like you are in the comfort of your own home. Donna and her husband are the most gracious and accommodating hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your trip and feel welcomed. This trip I traveled with my 5 year old daughter, friend, and my friends daughter. We all had an amazing time. Can't wait to stay there again.

My wife and I were traveling with our toddler and this was an excellent option for us, very central location (literally a two minute walk to the beach and the corner store) in a nice neighborhood,. The apartment was very spacious and clean and Donna and Andrew had even provided some essentials in the fridge to get us started! At the time of our stay the building was under construction, but it wasn't an issue for us at all. We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Water, and would certainly stay again.

“Everything in one place”

What a great holiday. The accomadation was clean & comfortable and had all conviences. Donna & Andrew were on hand for any problems/advice and kindly booked tours for us. I felt safe in the area which was very clean and lovely to walk. short walk (slowly) to beach. Local Transport is easy, no need to run for bus. Shops & resturants close by. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxing holiday......well I found it perfect

I visit Barbados multiple times a year, this by far has been my favorite trip. First off Donna and Andrew are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I were comfortable. The apartment is immaculate and it has everything you would need to be comfortable. As described its a few minutes from St. Lawrence Gap and it is walking distance from one of the best beaches on the island. Look no further for the perfect vacation rental.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you to Donna and Andrew. They are the most helpful people you could ask for, without being intrusive and always on hand if you needed them. I have stayed in Barbados numerous times (in fact this was my 17th visit). The apartment is spacious, in a great quiet location, whilst at the same time being close enough to bars and restaurants and any nightlife you may need. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning and one without. The disadvantage of the third bedroom is that is doesn't have any outside windows and relies on a fan and ventilation to keep it cool. That having been said, Donna was totally up front about this and although I was a little concerned, it was absolutely fine and didn't get too hot at all. The beach was 5 minutes walk away - perfect, although this is one of the busiest beaches on the island and not ideal if you don't like rows and rows of chairs!! There are, however, numerous other beaches within easy driving (or bus) distance. I noticed that one guest commented on the facilities within the kitchen, I have to say that I did not experience these issues at all. We cooked in on several occasions and did not find any issues at all with this. All in all, a great apartment, location and fabulous holiday.

I booked to stay at the villa for two weeks with my partner and was not disappointed. The villa is very spacious and in a perfect location for the South Coast, Saint Lawrence Gap and Accra (Rockley) Beach. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a holiday villa. The owners Donna and Andrew are very helpful and have a good knowledge of the island, providing helpful suggestions on tours and excursions. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking here again next year.

The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. It's about 2-3mins walk from Accra/Rockley beach which is fun & lively. There is also a bus about the same distance that takes you to various locations around the island. The owners live in the apartment next door and are always on hand should you need. The downsides were, no air con so the apartment got unbearable hot with only 1 fan to cool the whole apartment. There was also a lack privacy with very sheer curtains at the windows or none at all and a lack of kitchen utensils should you wish to cook.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review. Just to clarify that your arrival as we discussed was after the apartment had been closed for several months whilst I was overseas on a family emergency. As such the a.c. was not up and running. It is fully operational now! I will double check the stock of utensils and can easily change those 'summer' curtains! The beauty of having us close by is that we are around and very approachable to make changes/ improvements. I would hope that people will always just let us know so we can deal with it and make your stay great. Thanks again for your comments. All the best.

A very clean, bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all amenties. The apartment in Blue water is set in a quite residential area with beautiful houses. There is lovely large garden at the front of the apartment where we sat to relax and enjoy the sunshine and cool breeze on the comfort of bamboo deck chairs. The apartment is within a short walk to the beach and High Street where there are various shops,bank cabs buses and mini buses. Our host were very welcoming a lovely couple. We also found the Barbadians to be very courteous, welcoming and helpful. A wonderful place to have a great holiday.

How do damage deposits work?
