This property consists of a farmhouse full rent from two to 16 seats (nine bedrooms, six of them with double bed, two twins and the last with a bed) with excellent views of the Sierra de France. The house is equipped with all amenities and services needed for the traveler: towels, sheets, heating, hot water, TV, four bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), living room with fireplace, nice and comfortable rooms, kitchen fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine, blender, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils own). We offer quality, information and good service to our customers, all surrounded by a natural environment of incomparable beauty. In periods of colder wood for the fireplace and barbecue is offered. In addition to the house and always thinking of the welfare of guests there is a leisure area spacious, comfortable and cozy, decorated in rustic way where you can grill meat on the coldest days and have a good time. It also has a recreation area with a swing for small children and a minigolf. Ideal for families with children, groups of friends and couples. There is a private parking area easily accessible. Broadband internet access via Wi-Fi. The owners are available 24 hours a day to any questions or home environment. In the natural environment of the Sierra de France near La Alberca, Ciudad Rodrigo, Candelario and the ski resort of La Covatilla.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
