“Very good condo and surroundings for family with small kids”

We are family with two little kids and rented this condo for one week. The condo it-self was really good, everything worked fine and facilities were good. There were two extra beds available for kids. The swimming pool was really good even for 2 year old, plenty of shallow and shady spots. Older kid enjoyed the pool as well as did the parents. The location is a bit remote but within walking distance there is a laundry, small stalls with water and chips and even hairdresser. You can find few restaurants walking down the beach and road to Ban Phe direction. We hired a samlao to get to know surroundings better, the traffic is quite easy so I really suggest this option. Within walking distance you can find several renting places and many restaurants offer this as well. This was our first time in Phuphatara, but I'm quite sure that it will not be the last. This was our 6th time in Thailand, and this time we are sure we have found the little paradise.

The condominium at Phuphatara is clean, modern, and has a lovely view of the pools. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful: it actually does look exactly like the pictures shown inside and outside the condominium. I would recommend this resort .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
