DESCRIPTION IN ENGLISH OF A GUEST THEN DOWN...

This is a room in a house setup as to apartment with shared bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen is well-enough equipped for cooking: big skillet, small pot, French press coffee, and dishes for. Big comfy king bed. A bit of road noise starting around 7 am. The area is great. You can walk to the supermarket/mall, the big Park Carolina where you can exercise, and remove a few small restaurants. Short $2 (more or less) taxi ride to city center, cinemas, and bar/restaurant districts. The neighborhood and house are safe and secure. The only problem as of right now is that the internet does not work in the room due to the layout of the house. It's being worked on, but if you work from your computer as I do, you will have to work in the public areas of the house. If internet is important for you, inquire before booking about the status. Ruth is super sweet and will probably bring you various Ecuadorian foods now and then. She speaks good enough English that if you don't speak much Spanish, you'll be able to get along fine.

Response from Ruth: Scott: thank you for your expressions of the Loft, both of my person. The loft has 9 x 5 metres, and is enough for one person, both for a couple. Scott, the bed has 3 seater and very comfortable. Everything is new, and the House is safe, more of the alarm and the electric fence that goes on 24 hours for family security and guests. I like to give you total peace of mind and I'm happy to give explanations, but, only if so required. I worry that the bathrooms and the facilities are very clean for use. More SOAP always put, kaliptus, or Apple for its good smell and disinfection. The internet is CNT and there are often flaws, that I call to tell them, I'm demanding, but sometimes they take to become technicians, and can only review them indicated company. I'd like to CNT to improve the technical group which increases, for satisfied users. Carolina is a wonderful park for its extension, nature, sports and other fields. At the loft have all bedroom, kitchen, Hall, comedoarr and all private, but they can also deal with the family, with the exception of the kitchen House.
