Recently remodeled studio for your comfort.

While in College I spent so many days studying in front of volcanos and snow caped mountains, very relaxing and inspirational. Now it's opened for you to enjoy!

The property is right on the central-north part of the Metropolitan Quito area, close to main attractions by foot or by a short taxi ride, $3 US..

There is a Queen Size bed with orthopedic mattress. Extra blankets and pillows for comfort.

Kitchenette, small fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, etc. Amazing view!

Full bathroom with shower, hot water 24/7, good pressure.

Wi-Fi, Cable, DVD player, tons of movies. Book exchange possible.

Supermarkets, bakeries, fruit stores, banks, gyms, parks… within walking distance. A must, our favorite "pastry-coffee shop". Or our favorite Sushi corner "Shibumi", top ranked on Trip Advisor. Just few blocks away!!!

I have worked in tourism for the last 7 years. I will be happy to provide you any budget for your consideration. Or just help you figure out the next bus trip if preferred.

Why can't I call Sandra (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
