private suites with private or shared recommended for short business trips or sightseeing with hotel services such as daily housekeeping, laundry and food prepared by a chef bath. The suites are located in one of the best condos in Queretaro called "The Twelve" and is in a Pent House in the 6th floor above the famous Josefa and Roots restaurant. High-speed Internet 200 Mbps. The bed all Suites is King Size and can be converted to two single at the request of the host. Meals are prepared by a chef with additional cost and cleaning is done by cleaning staff confidence already included in the cost per night. The laundry has extra cost if laundered by our staff. Guests have access to the Roof Garden and co-working spaces around the Pent House. They can make use of printers, scanners and make calls to mobile or landline phones in Mexico, Canada and USA for free. Guests also have access to private trips to the CDMX with 2018 Porsche Cayenne hybrid vehicles at an additional cost. We are always available during the stay of our guests. Our guests will feel in a place with all the comfort and security of a luxury hotel. We are facing a park where you can walk or exercise, the parking space is included and we are a 25 minute walk from the historic center of the city of Queretaro.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Juan (the owner) a message.

If Juan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
