Luxury 1 and 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment right on a sandy beach just 15 minutes from Cairns city. Stunning ocean views from the main bedroom, kitchen, lounge, dining, and entertainer balcony (with private BBQ/Grill). The spacious apartment with king beds are air-conditioned & can sleep to 6 guests.

The Mediterranean Beachfront Apartments, at Yorkeys Knob Beach are possibly the best value on the Cairns beachfront. These popular 2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury apartments are much larger than the average 2 bedroom holiday apartments so guests can enjoy s-p-a-c-e. The entertainer balcony (with private B.B.Q.) overlooks the ocean (as does the lounge, dining, kitchen and main bedroom). Main bedrooms (all with king beds) have an ensuite and the second bedroom (bedroom study) will sleep to four.

These luxury apartments have quality fittings throughout with 3 separate, silent, split system air-conditioners operated by remote controls, plus ceiling fans, plus sea breezes to keep the apartment cool. A security door with intercom and remote controlled garage ensure the property is protected. Linen is included. Swimming pool on the beachfront. Close to everything

A coffee shop and an internet cafe are right next door. Just a short stroll from the apartment, you have restaurants, IGA supermarket, bottle shop, post office, hairdressers/beauty salons, licensed clubs, video shop. An 18 hole GOLF COURSE, Half Moon Bay, is just two par fives from our apartments. They offer discounted green fees for our guests ($30 for 18 holes) and have an excellent restaurant Yorkeys Knob Boat and Yachting Club serve meals and drinks on the deck overlooking Half Moon Bay, the marina and Double Island. They have pokies, keno, pool tables and offer courtesy bus service.

Regular bus services operate to Cairns and Smithfield Shopping Centre. Bus stop is opposite the apartments.

Walk across a quiet Esplanade to a sandy beach. Life guard and patrolled beach opposite. Walk to shops, clubs and restaurants.

16 kilometres from Cairns city and airport. FREE airport meet and greet and transport to your apartment for bookings of 5 nights and over. (Must be prebooked). Personalised tour booking service. Tour operators pick up from the apartment so a car is not essential. Bus stop opposite apartments.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Patricia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
