A modern and luxury apartment with private roof terrace located in the district of Punta Prima. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped so that guests feel comfortable.It has a completely equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The lounge area opens onto the terrace. It has also a private terrace solarium which offers a nice view of the park and the sea.

The complex is located just 10-15 minutes walk from the sea and sandy beach; 2 mins from large supermarket, shopping centre (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants. There is also sports centre and spa in walking distance. A residents private pool and sauna are found in the community area.

Due to its peaceful location, the apartment is ideal for those who want to have some rest (blue flag beaches, long walks by the Mediterranean sea), families with children (park with a playground). It is also perfect for those who desire an active holiday (diving, swimming, horse riding, go-karts). Golfers

Distance to the airport 45 km. It is very handy for both Alicante and Murcia airports. Airport transfers are readily available if you are not hiring a car. Car hire is not needed though as this property is near to all amenities. However, for those travelling by car it is available a parking space.

The price of the apartment does not include cleaning charge of €40.

All rentals require a refundable security deposit of €150 which is returned after inspection.

Airport pickups can be arranged with the keyholder (€50/4people - Alicante or 35EUR Murcia).

Punta Prima

Coast/beach:The nearest sandy beach is Punta Prima (0.7km) which is 10-20mins walk, depending on your walking pace. Some other blue flag beaches which are located within walking distance or short drive (5-10 mins): La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Mil Palmeras.Beaches are extending many kilometres all along the coast line. You can take a long walk to Torrevieja along the coast line. While walking, you will pass next to the famous palm trees of Punta Prima which are lined up behind the beach and can be easily seen from the main coastal road N332 between Punta Prima and Torrevieja.For those who adore water sports there are offered recreational diving and snorkelling courses and jet-skiing. You can also go fishing, sailing, and tenpin bowling in the nearby town of Torrevieja.Definitely worth a vist is San Pedro del Pinatar where you can enjoy a mud bath. The salt lakes of San Pedro del Pinatar are 20 mins away (by car). The mud baths are great fun but they also have the therapeutic properties. They are recommended for people suffering chronic pain, for treating bone (osteoporosis), skin ailments (psoriasis). You can also have curative mud baths in Torrevieja and Mar Menor (La Mota beach).Golf:The nearest golf course is located just 4 km from Punta Prima. Villamartin is just a 10 minute drive away. There are several other courses all within a 15 minute drive including Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca.Leisure:There is a number of activities for the whole family, including two aqua parks and GoKarting, plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping to suite all ages. For families with children, a water park is a great choice. Aquopolis water park and Flamingo Aquapark are located in Torrevieja (10-15min drive).The Go-Kart track is located approx. 20-25 mins walk from the apartment. The track is open to all ages and there are special baby karts and a separate track for 5 to 10 year olds.The closest bar and restaurants are 2 mins walk. Obviously most restaurants will be Spanish restaurants, serving seafood dishes, tapas, local recipes and dishes that are unique to the Valencian region such as paella. However, because of the fact that Punta Prima has a diverse population, there are restaurants catering to many different tastes and nationalities (Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Indian,Thai, French, German restaurants and restaurants serving English or British food.Magnificent pine wood picnic areas can be found in Parque Natural de las Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja (natural park) which is located 10mins drive from the apartment. It is a perfect place to take a walk with a family and admire Spanish picturesque views, wine growing and salt lakes. The natural park is also an ideal place for bird lovers as the bird watching hides are located there.Shopping:Punta Marina is the closest shopping centre - 2 mins walk from the apartment. The largest shopping centre in Europe - La Zenia Boulevard is 5 mins drive, with its variety of shops, bars and restaurants and generous parking area. Las Habaneras is located in Torrevieja, about 10-15 mins drive. There are also many Chinese shops in the area. The closest is 2 mins walk.Local markets:There is a Saturday market in Playa Flamenca, a huge Friday market in Torrevieja and two car boot sales on a Sunday.

“First Class Accomodation, modern, clean + value for money”

Apartment Ines is a fabulous apartment tastefully furnished with all the home comforts you require. The apartment is set in a quiet residential area but is close enough to walk to supermarket, restaurants and bars. There is access to a communal pool which was rarely busy, clean and well maintained. A small beach and promenade are a 20 minute walk and there are several beach bars. There are many good restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. For lovely Italian food, excellent service and value for money I would recommend Puccini. If you like Indian food Lal Qila is superb offering a deal between 6pm and 8.30pm of starter, main course, rice or naan and a small beer, glass of wine or soft drink for 9.95 euros. Overall I would recommend this apartment to couples or small families alike.
