This private home is nested in a Lifestyle Resort community with luxury amenities. Access to several beaches and pools. This spot is designed to give you all you could want on your vacation! The house is spacious with in door and outdoor space to enjoy the sun. As guest members to Chairman club owners you get VIP access.

The villas are a classical Spanish Mediterranean style architecture, with red tile roofs, stucco plastered archways and distinguished stone columns with generous tropical gardens where hibiscus, bougainvilleas and other magnificent tropical plants abound.

Accommodations

Each villa has a private swimming pool, shaded terrace, veranda, kitchen, and a full private bath leading directly off each bedroom. The villas are furnished with rattan, elephant bamboo and a natural Caribbean wattle work and are equipped with air conditioning, overhead fans and cable television.

When you go to the beach you only need your swim suit. Chairs are awaiting with towels and you will receive beach service for food and drink as apart of the all inclusive fee.

The Crown Villas are part of the all-inclusive Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort and our guests have access to most of the facilities of the Resort. A personal maid and an exclusive menu in each of the seven Resort restaurants complete these perfect accommodations.

As guest of Chairman Club members you will be VIP service and receive gold bands.

The additional All Inclusive fee and V.I.P status provides access Fine Cuisine, Exclusive Facilities and Amenities, Attentive V.I.P Services and more... V.I.P Guest privilege use of restaurants, bars and facilities. All Inclusive Villa Fee includes breakfast in Villa, and other meals in the resort including lunch and dinner in many of our restaurants on property during normal operating hours (some restaurants require reservations) Daytime and late snacks, including V.I.P Lite Fare Bars and Lite Fare Bars for all V.I.P. guests.

Lead passenger must be 18 years or older. Smoking is allowed outside of the house. The property is nested in a resort community and has a daily all inclusive fee for meals and drinks. All inclusive Rate will be quoted at time of booking.

Booking November, December, January, February, March, April and July bookings should be completed at least 3 months in advance to ensure availability.

There is a $25 a day resort fee for Villas. All inclusive is required.

The villa was perfect for vacation. Quiet, well equipped and central to the beaches and restaurants. service is top notch. Food was excellent and all inclusive was the way to fully enjoy a vacation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Odell and Sherri (the owner) a message.

If Odell and Sherri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
