studi033: Artist eco-designed and built 6-occupant open-plan, two storey studio apartment living. Naturally lighted, naturally ventilated, reverse cycle air-conditioner equipped. Eastern all weather dining pergola, Eastern loft bay window day bed overlooking parked melaleuca lake reserve and fountain. Western outdoor elevated terrace with built-in seats.
studi033 is centrally located in the historical, attractive and picturesque township of Port Elliot, itself an hours drive from Adelaide.
The apartment offers short and delightful walks to Port Elliot's attraction features: Knights beach 400 metres, central township 400 metres, Horseshoe Bay 500 metres. Lakala Reserve is immediately adjacent.

Area: Lower floor space 60m/2, upper 50m/2, Eastern pergola 20m/2, Western terrace 10m/2. Lower and upper floors connect via stairs.
Lower floor
The lower floor is completely self contained in that those who are physically challenged by stairs have the option of converting the day bed to a king sized bed.
The lower floor opens eastward via double sliding glass doors to an all weather pergola furnished with dining table, day bed, BBQ and provisions/space for watercraft, wetsuit and towel storage. An external southern facing space adjacent the clothesline allows for storage for larger watercraft (kayak/SUP). A cold water outdoor shower is provided.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob/electric oven, a microwave, a 130-litre fridge, a 90-litre freezer, a washing machine and ample easy-clean stainless steel food preparation space.
Also occupying this floor area is a leather 4 seater lounge with ottoman, a firm king day bed (converts to king bed for those challenged by stairs or if 2 occupants prefer this option to the bunks), a 4 person bunk bed, a large dining table, a separate bathroom and toilet and an LCD (USB and computer compatible) TV screen with built in DVD.
Upper floor
The upper floor houses a plush queen bed, provisions for clothes storage, a 3 seater lounge, a writing desk, an Eastern facing bay window day bed opening to overlook the adjacent lake reserve, an external Western terrace and floor space for two occupants to practice yoga (if thats your thing).
The accommodation provides off street parking.
Please note that, for the sensibilities of all, present and future, this is a smoking free zone, including all outside sitting areas. Provisions are provided for smoking litter near the side walk.
No pets (sorry....bad experiences!)
Please note the studio is in BNB style in that it is attached to and shares the same land allotment as the owners beach residence.
The property is however privacy exclusive. No interaction between owner and guests is either chanced upon or initiated with exception of arrival greeting.

One night bookings available during week nights (excludes Friday and Saturday nights, long weekend Mondays, Christmas and Easter).
Cost/night 2 guests $290 all inclusive. Extra guests $35pp/night.
