A very nice house.

In the area you have a fitness center, and breakfast restaurants. 24 hours security. Perfect place for families and other who want to stay in a nice and luxury resort area.

4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, Large shared swimming pool 25x10m right outside the house, a modern house in a nice location. Sleeps 6, or maximum 9 with 1 extra bed. Private outside Jacuzzi on top floor!

European kitchen. An open space plan with living room and kitchen. DVD and a flat-screen TV (42 inch) in the living room, sofa and associated coffee table. Nice original oil paintings and other decorations/interior from Thailand.

The kitchen has everything you might need, such as stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, etc., Bartable for breakfast or dinner with accompanying bar stools. A toilet in connection with the living room / kitchen. In the kitchen you have your own washing machine as well, Brand: Electrolux.

An EXTRA full kitchen is on the top floor, to serve and make it easier when you are on top.

Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with king size double bed and a balcony with associated furniture. A large wardrobe. A large bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

Bedroom no. 2 has a king size double bed. Large closet and a bathroom with shower.

Bedroom no. 3 has a Queen size bed, a fitted wardrobe, bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 shares bathroom between them.

On the top floor there is table and chairs. And a stunning view of the Kamala tropical mountains that surrounds the valley. Relax in the Jacuzzi and watch the view from this house.

The 4:th bedroom is located upstairs with Kingsize bed, closet/wardrobes, and a Airconditioning. Outside there is a small bathroom with a toilet.

The house is located at about 15 minutes walking distance (800 m) from the beach of Kamala. Nearby there are many shops, restaurants, laundries, spa, and cafés. The house is located in a safe area with security 24h. Enclosed by a wall. Great for families or big parties!

It is about 40 meters away from the main pool area. There are sunbeds and umbrellas to use for free. In the area there is a fitness center free for all guests to use.

In Kamala you have a lot of choices of many shops, BIG-C foodstore, massage, mini marts as 7/11, Tesco express, Big C, pharmacies, dive shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, hairdresser, travel agencies and more.

Kamala is a very nice and calm beach village on the west side of Phuket. There is a lot of restaurants, shops and cafés along the beach. No disturbing roads near the beach. Kamala is located about 15 minutes (with car) north of Patong. It is a nice small genuine Thai village, surrounded with lush and green tropical rainforest.

In Kamala you will find the world famous entertainment show, Fantasea. From Kamala you can easily take a longtail boat and go out for snorkeling in Koh Rock, and have lunch in the desolate Banana beach. Nearby beaches is Laem Singh, Surin and Bangtao.

A perfekt living for two families

We have a been in Kamala 4 times before and I think this was one of our best stayings. Nice location, near the big pool and to kamala beach is it walking distance to. We will be back :-)

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
