With both Old-World Spanish charm and modern luxuries this luxury living is a fully furnished spectacular 5300 square foot resort style home with all upgraded amenities. It  is suitable for joy full vacation with friends and family and will provide guests unforgettable experience. This amazing estate boasts off 5 beds and 5 baths combining kitchen, dining, living, recreation area, and wine bar, 3 Car Garages. The Master Bedroom Suite with huge walk-in Master Closet, two sinks, standing shower and separate jacuzzie  and one king bed.  All other beds has walk closet, queen bed, table, and  lamp. The list of finishes and amenities in this astounding residence are overwhelming.  All bathrooms have granite counter tops.

Large walled backyard for privacy. Pool table for your enjoyment Meticulously kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, cook top oven and washer/dryer. flat screen TV and Wi-Fi.  You will feel secluded while staying in the middle of it all. Please call for long-term rental.

Location:  This house is location in extremely low noise neighborhood. We are close to Lake Pleasant Parkway,Happy Valley Road,101 loop  and I-17.

This home is located at  8 minutes from Peoria library, 20 Minutes from the Peoria stadium and 30 Minutes dr from the Surprise Stadium. It is closer to  golf courses, resorts, dining & shopping,  lake pleasant, Thunderbird Park trail rides, and hiking, easy commute to Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff.
