A property that has been reformed and decorated to a very high standard, with the perfect combination of modern and classical design, with high quality construction for making and living your holiday dream a unique experience, which will exceed all your expectations.

The villa is in a privileged location of the Costa Blanca in between the historical towns of both Denia and Javea. Just 1KM outside of the village of Pedreguer. At the foothills of the mountains, of the national conservation area, between Pedreguer, Gata De Gorgos and Lliber.

At the back gate, in the garden of the property, leads through the forest to paths for walking/ hiking which then leads to panoramic views out to sea and Ibiza. It is a nature lover’s paradise.

The house is spread over 3 levels, with a total of 600sq meters, which also includes a 2 bedroom self- contained apartment, with an internal door to open up to one splendid house.

Entering in on the middle level into a covered outside entrance. Leading to a magnificent, bright, spacious, open plan living area.

which is spread over 2 levels, with a double height ceiling. Mountain views and views down to the garden and swimming pool.

Master Suite comprises of Juliet Balcony with spectacular mountain, garden and swimming pool views. Large super king size bed, relaxing roll top bath, seating area, ambient lighting, reading lighting, large ceiling fan, hot/cold air- conditioning, Flat screen smart T.V, wardrobe.

En-suite shower room comprises of Shower, double his and hers sinks, W.C.

The En-suite has its own private covered outside terrace with table and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sun.

NOTES OF INTEREST: 2 minutes drive to Pedreguer village with bars, restaurants, shops, banks and post office. 5 mintues drive to the main coastal road called the N332 freeway - and the toll motorway A7 linking Alicante and Valencia Airports. Alicante is 60 minutes - while Valencia is 90 minutes. 10 minutes drive to La Sella Golf Resort , 15 to Javea Golf Club, 25 to Oliva Golf Resort. 15 minutes drive to the enormous beach of Denia or the cove beaches of Javea and Moraira. 25 minutes on the A7 to Benidorm with the theme parks of Terra Mitica and Aqualandia

On reservation you are required to give details of how many persons in your party ( no groups of young people without adult supervision)
House, Gardens and swimming pool to be used only by paying guests.

“A beautiful villa, very family friendly”

We stayed for 9 days with 8 of us in total during that time. The villa is very family friendly and spacious, it has all the home comforts that you need. So many spaces outside and inside to enjoy relaxing, we were spoilt for choice. Would absolutely recommend this villa and the owners, Richard and Laura are so welcoming and incredibly helpful. We very much hope to return at some point. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!
