A property that has been reformed and decorated to a very high standard, with the perfect combination of modern and classical design, with high quality construction for making and living your holiday dream a unique experience, which will exceed all your expectations.

The villa is in a privileged location of the Costa Blanca in between the historical towns of both Denia and Javea. Just 1KM outside of the village of Pedreguer. At the foothills of the mountains, of the national conservation area, between Pedreguer, Gata De Gorgos and Lliber.

At the back gate, in the garden of the property, leads through the forest to paths for walking/ hiking which then leads to panoramic views out to sea and Ibiza. It is a nature lover’s paradise.

The house is spread over 3 levels, with a total of 500sq meters.

Entering in on the middle level into a covered outside entrance. Leading to a magnificent, bright, spacious, open plan living area.

Comprising of a large Fully equipped modern Kitchen,

which is spread over 2 levels, with a double height ceiling. Mountain views and views down to the garden and swimming pool.

Modern fireplace, a Double oven/ microwave, Dishwasher, Large American Fridge- Freezer, Separate drinks fridge, Wine cooler fridge, warming food trolley, kettle, toaster, Extensive cupboards and draw spaces.

Dining area to seat 10/12 persons. Leading to outside wrap -around large sun and shade terraces, with several Al Fresco eating areas, covered/ shaded outside lounge area. An Ibizan style chill out double lounging bed, patio gas heater, Gas BBQ and bar, with full mountain, garden and swimming pool views.

Bedroom 3 Comprises of single size bed, double size sofa bed, wardrobes, ceiling fan, hot/ cold air-conditioning.

Back down the hallway into a modern lounge area with comfortable seating, fire place with log burner, flat screen smart T.V, hot/ cold air-conditioning, with a glass staircase leading to a mezzanine floor with double doors into the Master Suite.

Master Suite comprises of Juliet Balcony with spectacular mountain, garden and swimming pool views. Large super king size bed, relaxing roll top bath, seating area, ambient lighting, reading lighting, large ceiling fan, hot/cold air- conditioning, Flat screen smart T.V, wardrobe.

En-suite shower room comprises of Shower, double his and hers sinks, W.C.

The En-suite has its own private covered outside terrace with table and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sun.

Back to the middle level. Second part of hallway with staircase leading to bottom level.

Laundry area comprises of large fitted wardrobes, sink, washing machine, dryer and large chest freezer.

Lounge area comprises of log burner, seating, Gym equipment, Sports bar, pool table and darts, Flat screen T.V, hot/cold air-conditioning, separate W.C, Store cupboard with drinks fridge, (Optional full drinks bar) doors leading to garden and pool area.

You arrive down a private road to the entrance electric gates, onto the wrap-around driveway. There are several parking area for 5 cars, a covered shaded parking for 1 car. The large gardens comprises of Terraces, covered seating area, outside kitchen with gas BBQ, several seating areas with large tables seating 10 persons, covered love seat, 14 x 4 swimming pool,8 poolside sun loungers, outside shower. Gates leading to mountain walks. It is a tranquil location set in a fully landscaped Mediterranean garden oasis with a country twist.

A week before arrival we will arrange a meeting time. Then we will meet you on arrival with the keys and see you on departure. We can be contacted at any time by phone for help and assistance. We do live on the premises in a self contained apartment with our small dog and cat. We have our own entrance and parking. We only use the garden to water the plants and swimming pool between the hour of 6.30am - 7.30am. So the use of the garden, outside kitchen and swimming pool, are solely and private for guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard/ Laura (the owner) a message.

If Richard/ Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
