La villa est décorée avec goût et dispose de tout le luxe nécessaire : billard, TV internationale, Wi-Fi, grand mobilier, cuisine moderne entièrement équipée…

Elle possède 4 chambres avec de très grands lits et 4 salles de bains privatives.

Toutes les chambres sont climatisées pour un sommeil confortable et réparateur.

La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur, un congélateur, une cuisinière à eau, un cuiseur à riz, un grille-pain, une machine à café, un micro-ondes, un kit complet de vaisselle...

Une machine à laver et un étendoir sont disponibles.

La villa dispose également d’une terrasse extérieure avec un salon de jardin et un espace barbecue.

Grande piscine privée.

La villa est idéalement située, entre la célèbre rue piétonne, la plage de Jomtien ou la plage de Pratumnak, toutes accessibles en scooter, à seulement quelques minutes.

À proximité de toutes les commodités et de toutes sortes de magasins.

Il est très facile de quitter la villa pour visiter Pattaya, faire du shopping ou aller à la plage.

Nous avons dans la résidence un service de taxis, location de scooters et taxis collectifs près de la villa. Proche de la villa, vous trouverez de très bon restaurants ouverts matins, midis et soirs ainsi que des supérettes type 7-Eleven.

A l'arrivée mon assistante thaïlandaise vous accueillera. Les lits seront faits et des serviettes seront à votre disposition. Une équipe professionnelle fera le ménage tous les 3 jours.

L'électricité est exclue ; le compteur sera relevé avec vous à l’entrée des lieux, le prix est de 8 bahts le KW.

Service de navette aéroport / villa disponible. Un chauffeur privé vous attendra à la sortie de l’aéroport et vous mènera jusqu’à la villa de vos vacances.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jany (the owner) a message.

    If Jany (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
