Everything in a great package is offered at one of the most popular serviced hotel apartments in Pattaya at the exclusive Phra Tamnak Hill with Cosy Beach View Condominium by 415. The unit offers a sizeable abode with a state-of-the-art kitchenette, a comfortable sized bathroom with hot water shower, a king-sized bed, full air-conditioning while in-room amenities include free Wi-Fi provided by the condominium management (We do not guarantee on the speed of the internet), a panelled TV with cabled programs, a microwave, electric stove, extra-large fridge and freezer, sofa and outdoor deck chairs.

Guests for the unit have full access to a superb sky pool on the 14th floor which includes a Jacuzzi and a spanning view of the Gulf of Thailand. Also on the same floor is a full-sized sky basketball court for the sports enthusiast to shoot a few hoops. A full glass-panelled fitness centre that affords a beautiful view of the surrounding sea scape is available on the 14th floor as well with a recreation area for kids, table-tennis, pool and Foosball.

There is 24hour security at all entrances and easy access to a well-stocked convenient store just towards the back of the building, restaurants within a 5 minute walk that includes a pizzeria, local food and a great café and bakery with an open-deck dining area overlooking the cove. Also within reach is a private beach area for walks along the beach. Transport is available just outside the hotel or you could arrange transfers and taxi services from the reception counter.

Attractions within a 10 minute radius of the location include the famous Pattaya View Point, Big Buddha Hill, the famous Pattaya Walking Street and Beach Road with shopping, cafes, bars and entertainment galore as well as the Bali Hai Pier which offers ferry and speedboat services to Coral Island. Tours and other attractions can also be enquired at the reception for interested guests.

It was a comfortable stay near the beach. We walked to cozy beach as it was very close by. Worth the money for the location.

In the first place you never respond to my emails. You have been told that there is no cooking allowed in the unit but you went ahead and regardless of the house rules. Stickers for parking are only allocated for guests staying on a one year contract not a two months short stay. Also the maintenance is paid yearly not monthly and if you wanted a sticker for your bike you should have inform me directly before your stay. Also you overstayed and did not pay for your overstay and when the housekeeper approached you, the respond was you are in a rush and you left without paying. I do not reimburse for the purchase of your cooking utensils as I have mentioned in the house rules that no cooking is allowed. You are one of the most delinquent guest I have had so far.

Why can't I call Yeepoon (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Yeepoon (the owner) a message.

If Yeepoon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
