This newly remodeled, ski-in/ski-out Deer Valley rental condo offers approximately 3,300 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 14 guests. It is equipped with the finest features and amenities as well as a direct ski-in/ski-out experience at Deer Valley Resort. The short private access trail leads to the Success Run at Deer Valley Resort, a gentle green run that is friendly to skiers of all abilities.

This townhome was extensively remodeled in 2016 to a very high standard with stylish: brand new flooring throughout, artwork and top quality amenities -- including flat screen televisions. The bathrooms have been completely remodeled with fine cabinetry and an elegant modern look befitting the rest of the property.

This beautiful condo will be the perfect home base for your Deer Valley experience! With one of the best locations at Deer Valley Resort you will be out the door and on the slopes within seconds! When you're ready for a break you can easily come back to the townhouse to enjoy a homemade lunch or warm up next to the roaring fireplace. In the evening you will enjoy the brand new kitchen appliances and open main floor living area for gathering the whole group. Kitchen: Newly remodeled and customized with stainless steel appliances,wine fridge, slate tile flooring, and granite counters -- island counter/bar separates the kitchen space from the living area.
