In the heart of Old Town and only 40-yards from Historic Main Street, our Park Avenue Mansion has 5 spacious bedrooms + 6th bedroom/bonus room and 4.5 custom bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests. Walk to Historic Main Street, Park City's Town Chair Lift, and to all the shops and attractions. This immaculate home has a front balcony overlooking Historic Old Town, a private fenced backyard with an 8-seat 100-jet Jacuzzi, gas grill, patio furniture and radiant-heated patio floors and walkways. This home is located perfect in Historic Old Town, a block from Main Street and just 5 minutes to the Deer Valley Ski Resort and The Canyons Ski Resort. 4 homes away, there is a stairwell that leads 60 steps down to Main Street and 180 steps up to Sweeney's Switchback ski trail.
