This property is situated on the 'Gold Coast' of Park City in the BEST location. Park City Mountain Resort is the backyard and the center of Main Street is only two staircases away. You will not need to drive anywhere once you get to the house!

We just installed a whole-house water softener/conditioning system. Park City has very hard water so this new addition allows you to lap in luxury. Each bedroom features excellent mattresses and sheets for your slumber pleasure in addition to a SMART TV adorning each bedroom wall. The full kitchen allows the chef in the group to concoct that perfect meal to be served on the brand new gorgeous dining table. Past guests love the GigaBit Hi-Speed WIFI at 1200Mbps, 6-person jacuzzi and the Gameroom downstairs and compliment the cleanliness and our commitment to customer service. We want you to enjoy Park City as much as we do!

MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH HIGHLIGHTS

The master bedroom features a California Queen bed with dual side tables and lamps. It also features a balcony with a 270 degree view of Park City and a 32" TV and integrated stereo system. Hang your clothes in a fabulous walk-in closetThe master bath features custom tile work throughout with two vanities and separate stand-up shower. Relax in the whirlpool tub after a day of skiing with a bubble bath....mmmm

GUEST BEDROOMS UPPER WEST GUEST BEDROOM (UWGB)

Features a Queen Size bed, generous closet space and view of downtown Park City. A Full Bath is directly adjacent to the UWGB. A 42" LED Direct TV enabled SMART TV adorns one wall.

KIDS ROOM (KR)Four twin beds (two can convert into one King bed if desired) fill the room with ample closet space. A 42" LED TV enables the kids to have their own entertainment area while the adults can play downstairs. A 1/4 Bath is directly adjacent to the KR with a Full Bath connected to the 1/4 Bath. This room directly accesses the 6-person hot tub on the patio.

LOWER WEST GUEST BEDROOM (LWGB)

Features first floor accessibility and a Mission Bunk with a twin bed over a Full Bed. There is a pull out bed underneath the Full Bed. In addition, there is a sofa with a pull out twin bed. There is ample closet space and a 42" LED HD Smart TV with Netflix awaits for entertainment. A Full Bathroom is adjacent to the LWW.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS

The Fully Furnished kitchen that has facilitated large Thanksgiving dinners features a refrigerator with ice machine and filtered water, brand new ultra-quiet dishwasher, smooth top range stove, and built in microwave. The kitchen also features a quasi-island extension, blender, toaster, juicer and garbage disposal.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS

Features 400 sq ft of "Interactive Space" that features a beautiful rock fireplace, brand new 47" SMART TV with Netflix and other apps , I-Pod capable surround sound stereo, a Wii game system with over 100 games,

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Erik (the owner) a message.

If Erik (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
