Please note that loud music, pets, smoking and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited (Fine: 1000 php) and your visitors must secure a separate clearance from me.
LOCK the door at all times! (Even when you are just shortly out of the unit). NEVER hand the keys to anyone. NEVER leave your valuables in/out the room unattended. (The host, room managers, and the administration shall NOT be liable for any loss or damage to your property).
*Electricity & Water use is monitored very closely. Add a 400 PHP/day fee should you want to use beyond recommended temperature and cubic meter.
*Please show some human respect to our house managers, guards and admin - including this house as we'll be treating you - our beloved guests - with care & utmost respect.
