“Blissful Experience for a week” With so many choices in Makati area, it was pretty hard to make a final decision for our stay. I've finally settled at albert's place and it indeed met our expectations and fit the description. The unit is well situated and very convenient as it has access to almost everything you need. Super market is just few steps away. Big malls, banks, hospitals etc are just one ride away. The caretaker ( Mamerta) who happened to be extremely friendly kept the unit spotless and so ready when we came. I will always think of alberts place whenever I decided to stay in Makati area.

Awesome !!!

Stayed here for 3 nights before heading back to Australia. We were so glad as we did ! This condo is complete and clean with excellent view of SM Mall of Asia and fireworks from its balcony. The 3N was so relaxing and we were not rushing nor worried of traffic, Sea Residences is only less than half an hour to the airport. Reservation, check-in and check-out were so well organised. Condo Princeton Studio Beside LRT2 Gilmore
very comfortable, clean, modern, and convenient

We stayed between March 20 - April 1, and could not ask for a better place to be. Owners/Management Jenny & her husband went out of the their way to accommodate of us. The room I wanted to book was actually occupied for the night of the 20th, so Jenny made sure that she got the room across the hall ready for us until the actual room was vacated. She was also very flexible with check in and check out to accommodate our flight times. The personal guide that Jenny had provided in the room that highlighted some places to eat and visit was also a nice touch. :) thanks again for that! Building The building was modern and clean, and had a grand towering view of Metro Manila. There were 2 pools on the 7th floor - a lap pool and a kiddie one - with free WiFi for guests, and also a penthouse lounge on the top floor (we never figured out how to get there, though). Security was friendly, and opened doors for us each time. Room The room was terrific - it was exactly as the pictured showed and very comfortable. The bathroom was almost new and the rain fall shower was nice to have. The living room area was comfortable - the only thing about it is the cable for TV channels was always fuzzy, and we couldn't see some of the channels. The bed was very comfy, and had a nice view of the city. There was also ample closet space, and we were able to unpack completely and hide our clothes and toiletries. My husband and I agreed that this was the perfect room for us. Overall It was a fantastic stay! We literally were in the middle of Metro Manila, close to Robinson's Magnolia (mall), on the same block as Jollibee, and right next to the LRT. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Manila. … see more

I have visited the Philippines a few times over the last 5 years, this is without doubt the best place I have stayed. it was conveniently situated, everything you need is not too far away.
