Princeton Residences is located in Aurora Boulevard, one of the major roads in Quezon City.

A: Yes, you can do light cooking in my unit.

The kitchen equiptments in my unit are:

Induction cooker with stainless pot- can fry, saute, and boil

Spatula -for stirring

Hot water kettle - for coffee and tea

Chopping board

Kitchen knife

scissors

Can opener

Tongs- for picking up noodles

Plate, soup bowl, small plate, mug, spoon and fork.

2. Where exactly is Princeton Residence? Where is it located?

A: Princeton Residences is located in Aurora Boulevard corner Gilmore Street, Quezon City. We are beside the Gilmore Station of the LRT2 line.

Princeton Residences is the newest project by property developer SMDC. Their concept is "HOTEL LIVING IN THE CITY".

It really is a hotel. When you enter through the main door, you will be greeted by a huge airconditioned lobby with bright, cozy lighting. We have a swimming pool on the 7 th floor where the kids can swim.

The room we stayed in was very neat and clean. The owner Ms Jenny was very accommodating. Exploring Manila was a breeze with easy access to the LRT station. I would stay again.

Why can't I call Jenny (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jenny (the owner) a message.

If Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
