    No entiendo que le habrá podido pasar para pensar que hay mal ambiente en las inmediaciones, al estar céntrico es el ambiente propio de una ciudad, una de las mas seguras de España. En cuanto a las vistas el piso es todo exterior y lamentablemente solo disponemos de una ventana al cementerio al que hace usted referencia y a bastante distancia. Dicho espacio fue declarado BIEN DE INTERÉS CULTURAL en el año 2000, es de estilo gótico y yace vinculado al antiguo convento de San Francisco. Bañado por la luz desde el amanecer hasta el ocaso, con el aroma de los laureles y cipreses y la belleza de sus mausoleos, lápidas y rincones que cautivaron a poetas y artistas ourensanos que encontraron aquí su último lugar de reposo. El disco San Francisco Express de la emblemática banda de rock Los Suaves es un homenaje a este melancólico y elegante camposanto.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
