Cozy family house in a quiet village 20 km from Segovia, 72 of Madrid and 54 of Ávila. Located in a unique setting on the north side of the Sierra de Guadarrama, you can make rural tourism and monumental tourism visiting the Palacio de Rio Frio, La Granja de San Ildefonso or cities world heritage as Segovia and Avila and enjoy sightseeing dining area, you can also perform various activities such as hiking, biking, horseback, sailplane on the airfield Fuentemilanos 15 kms, golf and cable-ski 5 minutes or incredible balloon flights for the unique landscapes of Segovia that will make you enjoy your view from the sky. The house has stone facade two wooden porches, one overlooking the northern part of the Sierra de Guadarrama and another to the unique and eternal red sunsets of Segovia. 800 meters plot with private pool with a maximum height of 1.35 meters that will cause you to feel safer in the bathrooms of your children and in your own, outdoor barbecue and double garage. Cellar, ideal for children or adults spend their leisure time, has electronic darts target. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable for both short and long stays. It has 4 rooms, with a total of 11 seats possibility of putting two extra more beds. Two bathrooms, one with shower and bidet, and the other with large tub and shower, and a hairdryer in both. Large living room with fireplace and wooden beams, TV, Wifi, DVD, Piped music and games. Kitchen with all services, cay with hob and washer dryer hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. music and oil heating in all rooms of the house.

The house is located in the center of town in a quiet residential area of ​​detached villas, where you can enjoy the silence and peace of a people. Nearby is a supermarket and a shop where you can buy everything you need, butcher, fishmonger, if necessary further purchase a shopping center 15 minutes to the entrance of Segovia with entertainment and cinema. The village has several bars and a restaurant where you can eat typical Segovian dishes like lamb and suckling pig and other Castilian menus.
