THE houses of EL PALOMAR is a property of 2 has two houses: EL PALOMAR I (6 pax) and EL PALOMAR II (8 pax) each with its private garden and a distance of 50m from one House on the other, completely independent and separated by a dense woodland of Oaks and ash trees.

They are also ideal for groups of 14 people because they are very close and both houses have spacious common areas.

With an incredible, lots of wood and lots of light construction. A spacious interior design and exquisite decoration, have all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay surrounded by nature.

Full of special places farm is a perfect place for the enjoyment of children and creative game.

Winter: heating oil radiators in every room and fireplace in the living room. It is impossible to spend cold in these homes. Both in winter and in summer is easy to regulate temperature: thermostat, South Windows, curtains and shutters. Ski 30 km summer: there is no pool in the houses, but the public swimming pool of the slab, 2 km, is very nice, with large green spaces and restaurant service. The Casas del Palomar offer a cool environment with many trees and areas for reading, hammock, swings...

Autumn: a mosaic of autumn colours around the House, first days of fireplace and gathering mushrooms and berries spring: recommend the walk to the Barrocal to see peonies 'Rest and relaxation' for customers who need to rest we offer the possibility of a stay of removal, insulation and without taking the car.

A 30 minute walk (1.5 km from houses) can stock up on local products in the shops in the area (the slab or Chatham): butcher shops, grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, fishmonger (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and a bar. We recommend especially the local meat, this being an area livestock tradition.

In Las Casas del Palomar offer complementary services to facilitate and make your stay more enjoyable: food at home (service catering or roasted in wood-burning oven), cleaning, laundry service, cooking in English, guided tours and workshops.

'Active tourism' Las Casas del Palomar environment invites the enjoyment of activities in nature. Sports and active leisure activities can be performed with the Canada Real Soriana-Occidental, the mountains of the dead woman and Peñalara, ports of Navacerrada, Guadarrama, La Fuenfría, or only spots around the houses.

There are hiking and trails for beginners or for expert mountaineers at different times of the year.

'Gastronomic and CULTURAL tourism' perfect symbiosis of Segovia. This city must walk to appreciate its beauty, carried away by its corners, mesones, arches and alleyways. The special light of Segovia with their colorful sunsets has panoramic spectacular like the Alcazar and the aqueduct, or views from Zamarramala or Veracruz.

Since Las Casas del Palomar sessions can be scheduled to visit the most emblematic places of the area starting with Segovia, Palacio de Riofrío and the Real Sitio de San Ildefonso. Or a little beyond, Pedraza, Turégano and Sepulveda. They are all good looking and good to eat.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
