Stunning top floor apartment with sea and mountain views, communal pool with separate children's pool and jacuzzi, marble tiles and granite worktops. En suite master bedroom. Balcony area for eating and enjoying the views, separate kitchen area. Walking distance to sea, many restaurants and tavernas and supermarkets and a fabulous bakery! Within easy reach of Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Nicosia and the Troodos mountains. 20 minutes from Larnaca airport. Local activities include a fantastic waterpark, great go-karting centre and many beach activities including banana boats, fly-fish and for the less adventurous, pedalos.

The apartment is our "Home from Home"; with stunning views over the amazing communal pool/gardens and to the countryside, mountains and sea. It is very tastefully furnished with high quality contemporary furnishings, marble tiled floors and granite worktops.

To achieve a Home from Home, we have put a great deal of time, effort and thought into the detail including:

- Flat Screen TV.

- UK and other European FreeView TV channels available via your Laptop/Tablet using our dedicated FilmOn TV link.

- Storage trolley in the bathroom

- Wash basket

- Dressing mirrors located in the bedrooms and hall area
