Dreams come true at Ronny Bahama!! This luxurious oceanfront home is definitely a treasure on the beach. Located in Portofino subdivision in North Topsail this 5 bedroom 4.5 bath ocean front home will create memories for years to come. Watch the sunrise from the spacious deck or watch the stars as you relax in the hot tub. Having a sand-sational time is what you will have at Ronny Bahama.

Ground level: There are 2 one car garages. In the garage on the right is a ping pong table and refrigerator for extra food or drinks.

First living level: Top of the stairs is the laundry area. To the left is a bedroom for the kids with 2 sets of pyramid bunks (twin on top and a double on the bottom). This room also has a TV set up with an X-box. Next to this room is 1 of 3 master suites. This suite has a queen size bed and master bath with double sinks. There is access to the covered deck that has beautiful views of the ocean. Next to this room is a full bath. To the right of the laundry area is a bedroom that has a queen size bed and access to a deck that overlooks the sound. Next to this room is the second suite with queen size bed and full bath. This room has access to a covered deck with ocean views.

Second living level: Top of the stairs you will find the amazing open kitchen, dining and living area. To the right at top of stairs is a half bath. There is also a poker table which converts to a bumper pool table. Also to the right you will find the master suite with a king size bed and master bath. This bathroom will take your breath away with dolphin fixtures, jetted tub, separate shower and his-and-hers sinks. This room also has access to a sun deck where you can watch the amazing sunrises.

Top of the stairs to the left is the fully equipped kitchen. All appliances are stainless steel. An island with sink and an ice making machine separates the kitchen from the dining area. There is a dining table which will seat 12, plus the bar can seat an additional 3 people for meals. The living area is in the middle of it all. There's a built-in entertainment center with a stereo system, plus a wet bar that includes a wine cooler. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and not for use by guests.

Catch views galore from this level. Two full size sliding glass doors open out to the sun deck where you will find the hot tub and a private walkway to the beach. Ronny Bahama offers many amenities including elevator, extra TVs, surround sound, flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR player, books, games, beach chairs, outside shower and hot tub.

May your time at the beach be filled with relaxing sunsets, cool drinks and sand between your toes. Maximum occupancy is 14 with check in at 4:00pm. Hope to see you on your next vacation!
