Tastefully decorated and upgraded throughout, with terracotta pavers and custom stonework, this house is a decorator's delight.

This beautiful and enchanting house is located in sunny Southern California. The exquisite garden and private patio are perfect for entertaining and eating al fresco! Or simply relax and enjoy the hummingbirds and the sunshine!

It is warm and charming while offering the finest in beach living. The house includes 4 bedrooms with a spacious master suite, with a King Size bed has a private terrace. There is a sitting area also facing the terrace. The second and third bedrooms include queen size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds.

The Living Room has a wet bar and is set off the Family Room that boasts an old-world working fireplace. The gourmet kitchen includes every possible ammenity with the highest quality modern appliances to whip up the perfect gourmet meal!

If you are looking to swim, boat, surf, kayak, paddle board, or even take a Gondola ride -it's all located right at the island. There is a playground for the young children located right on the beach! There is also a second private beach located on the island that includes a Snack Shack, bathrooms, showers, and a great waterslide for slipping into the warm waters! If you love tennis, there are tennis courts located a few steps from the house along with several other private tennis courts spread throughout the island for residents and their visitors to enjoy. When it's time for a great meal, a shopping trip, or any one of the reknown waterfront restaurants - they are a short walk from the house.The Cannery Village and Lido Island Village abound with boutiques, eateries and even a movie theatre!

The property''s location is conveniently located minutes away from Highway 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) and the 405 San Diego Freeway, which take you south to San Diego - and Sea World! - Mexico and famous surf spots, or north to Los Angeles. Just off the 73 Freeway and a mere 7 minutes drive from the home you will find Internationally-renowned South Coast Plaza, an indoor shopping mall with high-fashion retailers and restaurants, but if you are looking for a fun way to spend the day outside, but dry!, Fashion Island is Newport Beach's most famous outdoor mall and only 5 minutes south on the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway.
