Casa rural El Rincón de Gredos, es independiente para libertad de los huespedes, en una zona preciosa, alejada del centro urbano y su vez cerca 3km en preciosa zona natural de chalets. Esta vistas a la reserva natural y la sierra junto al río en zona de actividades.

Dispone de aparcamiento, jardín con ducha y tumbonas,barbacoa, cenador, amplia en su interior, con 6 dormitorios distintos tipos y 6 baños completos.

Perfecta para rutas, se puede ir paseando al pantano con actividades de agua, como alquiler de piragüas a 500m, campo del golf a 3km. Alquiler motos de agua y enbarcación a 7km. Hay variedad de rutas desde la propia casa.

Su capacidad máxima es de 16 personas.

Jardín con tumbonas, ducha, barbacoa, cenador, salón con chimenea, 6 habitaciones y 6 baños completos, sabanas, toallas, calefacción central, aparcamiento,mesas 16 comensales y sofás zona descanso. Mi tardanza en contestar, acabo de ver la opinión en este portal.Para ser breve. No es un chalet viejuno sino espacioso, muy bonito, en zona urbana de Navaluenga alejado del centro junto al río en urbanización con 80 casas. No me preocupa su opinión pues hay más de personas que les ha encantado la estancia y el trato con nosotros. Tema MASCOTA, Por un descuido en mi personal de limpieza, que no se volverá a repetir me he informado de unas cajas de seguridad y no trabaja ya conmigo, en el GARAJE y solo en el GARAJE debajo de un sofá y detrás de una loseta puso las bolsitas, cosa que no debería haber hecho, no se como accedió el perrillo allí porque era muy difícil. Cogió una que le sacaron según la llevaba en la boca, esto contado por ellos al día siguiente. Este señor ni me aviso, cuando fui al día siguiente a por las fichas, me lo contó y el perro estaba por el jardín bien, claro que me DISGUSTE, SORPRENDÍ, PAGUE Y ESTUVE EN CONTACTO PARA SABER COMO ESTABA. En ese mismo momento le pague los gastos del veterinario de Avila y tengo el informe, me estuve interesando por el perrito, y a pesar que yo le podia enviar a un veterinario conocido por mi en Madrid para revisión y seguimiento, no me dio opción lo llevo al suyo,y empezo ha enviar facturas por mail,que estuve pagando durante meses,por evitar polimica aunque me parecia raro ya. Hasta que me informe le escribí se lo conté por si su veterinario estaba abusando de él. Y ya no pague más entonces empezó comentarios, queja a Turismo.Mientras estuve pagando nada muy cordial en los correos y despues ya soy me convierto en otra persona?con esto lo digo todo. De hecho envié a Turismo fotos de mis facturas pagadas, fotos de donde estaba el veneno y desestimaron su queja, por faltar a la verdad. Esparcido por la propiedad es una forma malintencionada de expresarlo, sólo en el Garaje debajo de un sofá del mismo. Soy muy responsable esta persona no trabaja ya para mí, pague la facturas y lo más importante me preocupe por su salud aunque desde el primer día le vi bien jugando por el jardín. Yo tambien tengo mascota, además de ser una casa que casi siempre como es muy grande con jardín vienen propietarios con mascotas y nunca en 15 años había pasado nada. Ni volverá a pasar. Este señor no se ha portado bien parece que ha utilizado a su mascota para que le pague algún tratamiento que por lo preguntado por mí, no tiene que ver con lo sucedido. Creo que en vista de su comportamiento no esta para dar lecciones de moral y me parece que me esta faltando, quien es él para inhabilitarme moralmente, con el comportamiento ejemplar que he tenido. En fin ya están las dos opiniones pues es nuestra única defensa, contestar, un saludo a Juan Carlos y consejo debemos mirarnos primero antes de juzgar a los demás. .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Yolanda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
