La situación fue mutua, bastante desagradable, todo eran molestias, les molesto hasta la barbacoa de una casa cercana porque con el aire el humo iba para el patio de su casa. El tema de la piscina si es verdad hubo un problema (averia de la depuradora y tardo 2 días en llegar la pieza y en cuanto llegó se fue a instalar ( en ningún momento la piscina se llegó a poner verde, aun asi se vacío la piscina por completo y se volvió a llenar con agua limpia), por otro lado si se les invitó a abandonar la casa según las directrices de la Guardia Civil, pero aún estando tan disconformes como indican en su comentario nos indican que quieren permanecer en la casa 2 días más y la devolución de todo el importe pagado, a lo cual no accedemos entendiendo que si se está tan a disgusto y no se sentían cómodos lo mejor abandonen la casa cuanto antes. Para nosotros familia nada recomendable, nos dio la sensación buscaban 1semana de vacaciones gratis

La casa en general bastante bien.el salon y cocina amplios. las habitaciones medianas. La pega la sala de juegos pequeña. Arreglar el futbolin y dardos. La piscina tambien pequeña.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sara (the owner) a message.

If Sara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
