This 2 bedroom condo offers a large living space of 117 sqm. with fully equipped European kitchen, dining area and generous outdoor terraces. Interior features a mix of high quality local and imported materials to create a theme of contemporary Thai style designs for luxurious beach side living.

The master bedroom is chic, spacious with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a separate bathroom. The two bathrooms are modern and clean.

The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, flat screen satellite LCD-TV and DVD. There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment. All bedrooms, living room and kitchen have separate air conditioning and lighting

The condo is part of a luxury development which is less than a minute walk from the beautiful white sands of Naithon Beach, one of most beautiful beaches in Phuket. Naithon is one of the best and most stunning beaches of Phuket. It is a beautiful one kilometer stretch of soft white sand lined with Casuarina trees and a perfect place to get away from the tourist crowds.

The development is situated in a beautifully landscaped gardens around a large luxurious lagoon style swimming pool with Jacuzzi and clubhouse. A modern gym and free parking are available to tenants. All situated In a well managed environment with 24 hrs security.

We are truly sorry for the delay with the security deposit refund caused by poor communication with the bank and prolonged transfers. It’s good that you’ve finally received it. Moreover, now HL/TA keep the deposit and pay it back after the check-out which is probably much more convenient and safer for both us and guests. Why can't I call SunnyWorld (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send SunnyWorld (the owner) a message.

If SunnyWorld (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
