Luxurious furnished house (50m2) with pool (32m2), private garden and terrace, in a quiet area 3km from Nai Harn, the most beautiful beach in Phuket, and close to many restaurants and shops. Daily cleaning. It is in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of the center of Rawai, where you can find all the shops. The inexpensive restaurants sit alongside more sophisticated places offering dishes from many different countries (Papagaio, Islander sports bar & restaurant, Black Bull restaurant, ef is located 20 m from your accommodation). An excellent seafood restaurant, located by the sea, is in our street 800m from the property. The accommodation is cleaned every day, the bed is made, and the sheets and towels, as well as the bathrobes are changed regularly. Wi-fi (fiber optic) throughout the site, swimming pool, located 20 m from your studio, private fenced garden and private terrace, LED TV 42 inches cable. Fiber optic high speed internet connection. Private terrace and garden, (surrounded by a fence) + private outdoor cooking area + access to the pool of 32 M2 (20 m from your studio) The residence is 5 minutes from Cape Phromthep, well known in Thailand, and only a few miles from Big Budha, located on top of a small mountain, which is visible from all over the island. This temple attracts many Thais from all over the country. Around the residence are several Thai boxing and fitness camps. Also a school of Kite Surfing, and scuba diving schools. Several French restaurants nearby as well as other nationalities. Thai restaurants abound all around the residence, and offer typical dishes at ridiculous prices (counting a few euros for a meal) The residence includes a small clinic specialized in the treatment of pain with the laser, as well as the treatment of the Laser smoking and in 5 days, you are rid of your worries. This can be paired with a program of different massage treatments performed on site in the residence. Nai Harn-Rawai, located at the extreme south of the island, is a fairly quiet area but having close (from 15 m) restaurants, food, beach (800m), clothing stores, etc ... The most beautiful beach of Phuket, Nai-Harn beach is 5 minutes (2 km) by scooter from the residence. Real Thai massages (non-sexual) are available in the residence. Possibility to subscribe to a subscription for daily massages, for fitness and better health at very affordable prices. We are available to advise you from dozens of private excursions, and places to visit in the vicinity.

How do damage deposits work?
