From the manager

This striking villa, situated within the development and consisting of 2 floors, is colourfully decorated mixing designer furniture with Asian artifacts and fabrics. This uniquely designed villa, offering 4 bedrooms within the main house, has a unique and private self-contained apartment downstairs with the fifth bedroom and its own access from the street and to the swimming pool.

Outside the main villa there is a wide pool deck, as well as an 8x4 m infinity edged pool with integral Jacuzzi and seating. The roomy sala and easy-to-use gas BBQ are perfect for al fresco dining. Sunbeds and parasols add to the laid back atmosphere.

Accommodation is comprised of 5 bedrooms: 4 in the main villa, and 1 in a separate self-contained apartment downstairs. It therefore comfortably houses 12 people.

The master bedroom suite has a king-size four-poster bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with double basins, a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. Sliding double doors take you directly onto a spacious sun deck.

Bedroom 2 (the green room) has a queen-size bed, cable TV and DVD player. Perfect for entertaining the kids after dinner, while you finish that bottle of wine and enjoy the cooler evening air. It shares a detached and generous family bathroom with bedroom 4 (the blue room) that has twin single beds and a small desk. Both these bedrooms also have direct access to the sun deck and swimming pool.

Bedroom 4 (the yellow room) contains a queen-size bed, and benefits from its own en-suite shower room.

This floor houses a very spacious living/dining room containing a large Lloyd-Wright inspired dining table for 10. The living area has a low level L shaped sofa, flat screen LCD TV, home theatre and cable. You will find a wide selection of DVD's, CD's and board games for all the family. An open plan fully-fitted Western-style kitchen rounds out the accommodation on this floor.

Downstairs is a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment, with self-service laundry room. The apartment has both private street access and stairs up to the pool deck and main house. Its bedroom (bedroom 5) has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the living room has a pool table, cable TV and DVD player. Additionally, in the downstairs games room there are 2 sofas (each the same size as a single bed) that can be comfortably transformed into two single beds.

The villa's team and myself all live locally and provide 24-hour assistance if required. The villa has it's own dedicated housekeeper to take care of all guests, cook and clean, to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. The exclusive development offers full support from our Guest Relations Manager, Tour Manager and maintenance team, should you require any assistance, or the villa any servicing. All staff members can be contacted at any time, or you can relax and enjoy an undisturbed holiday with total privacy if desired.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
