From the owner

A very, very spacious luxury Thai-Balinese style villa with a huge walled garden and large pool along the much coveted Soi Naya. Just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful secluded Nai Harn beach and 300M from shops and restaurants.

Villa Julah provides maximum tropical beauty, relaxation, privacy and security. The villa is set within a 500SqM plot (about double the size of most 2-bed villas in the area). The garden, terrace and 10M pool can be accessed directly from all living spaces and bedrooms. The garden surrounds the villa on all sides and has enough space to lounge on the lawn under a tree or for children to play within eyesight. To the rear, a sun-dappled bamboo Zen garden offers a cool retreat from the sun.

The interior boasts a blend of modern design by local Thai artists using SE Asian materials. The open plan living / dining room offers cool marble floors and a fully equipped kitchen. All modcons. including air-conditioning, WiFi, DVD, CD player and TV.

Both bedrooms have makka wood floors and private bathrooms. The master bedroom leads to an en-suite spa bathroom and walk-in closet.

Our property is in a 6-villa cul-de-sac and has an electronic alarm system at the villa itself.The car port has space for two cars and secured with an auto-gate.

In a quiet back road and yet within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops such as a German Bakery, Davinci, traditional Thai and European foods, Tesco Lotus and local fruit stalls. Other daily shopping such as Villa Market are a mere 15-minutes by car.

Our villa Manager, Vincent, will be on he ground to welcome you, check you in and incase any needs during your stay. Vincent's team will visit the villa twice a week to maintain the pool and clean the villa for you. The owner, Suzanne, is available via email Inase any need to be in touch with her.

Why can't I call Suzanne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Suzanne (the owner) a message.

If Suzanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
