Our chic two bedroom, two bathroom 150 sq m apartment is a 3 minute walk to Nai Harn Beach voted the best beach in Thailand by Trip Advisor- Travelers' Choice Awards in 2019. Enjoy elegant furnishings, Jim Thompson silk accents and lovely new bathrooms in this classic Thai apartment with access to a rooftop pool. The living space is open plan with a kitchen, breakfast bar and library with south and west facing glass sliding doors. There is an entertainment centre with bar and 52" Sony Bravia LCD TV with surround sound, DVD/CD/USB player. The sitting area is modern Thai decor with wrap-around custom sofa, teak coffee table, Jim Thompson silk curtains and fabulous lighting.The master bedroom is elegant and classically Asian with a four poster, king-sized reclaimed teak bed, Thai and Chinese antiques and a Jim Thompson silk accent wall and curtains. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a free-standing tub and separate walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom is large with a king-sized bamboo sleigh bed. There is a 32" flat-screen TV with DVD player. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and glass mosaic walls. A baby cot/ crib is available on request.There is a balcony shaded by palm fronds with a fan and soft lighting. It is the perfect spot for sun downers or dining al fresco and seats six. Guests have access to the rooftop pool with sun loungers, free parking and 24 hour security. There is maid service three time per week and sheets, bath towels and beach towels are changed once per week. Wireless is included. There is a welcome book with information and local restaurant suggestions.

Nai Harn Beach was voted the #1 beach in Thailand by Trip Advisor for many years and kept that rating in 2019. Lonely Planet lists 2 of its 10 Phuket Highlights as Nai Harn Beach and Promthep Cape. Nai Harn is a 1 km white sand beach sheltered in a granite cove. The apartment is only a 5 minute drive to the best sunset point on the island- Phromthep Cape. Just in front of the apartment is Nai Harn Lagoon with a 2km walking/jogging path. There is also a little island in the centre with a large playground to explore. There are approximately 20 restaurants in walking distance (Thai, Italian, Mexican, French and Russian), 3 convenience stores, 2 tailors and several massage and souvenir shops. Just a short drive away is Nai Harn village with many restaurants, bars and quaint shops to choose from. For a late night of bar hopping and dancing there are the Rawai Beach road bars, Laguna Night Club and Icon. If it's just a short stay, there is really no need to rent a car or bike. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach, convenience stores and restaurants and there are additional restaurants and 2 bars about a 10 minute walk towards the village. It is quite convenient to rent a car or bike and we suggest P&D Tours as their rentals include insurance and they will drop the vehicle to you at The Sands. It is easy to take taxis to and from village restaurants and the island night-life. Taxis are easily available at the beach.

Getting around

It is a 3 minute walk to the beach, convenience stores and restaurants and there are additional restaurants and 2 bars about a 10 minute walk towards the village. It is convenient to rent a car or bike and we suggest P&D Tours as their rentals include insurance and they will drop the vehicle to you at The Sands. Taxis are available from P&D tours and there are numerous taxi stands dotting the road to the beach.

You will be greeted by a property manager on arrival. They will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. A welcome book provides useful advice on car rental, taxi service and neighbourhood restaurants. We wish you an enjoyable stay at lovely Nai Harn beach.

“Superb condo by the beach!!”

I travelled extensively in Asia, especially in Thailand. When we found The Sands, we said to ourselves "....a dream has come true." The location was perfect as it took less 3 minutes of nice leisurely walk to the beach. It was excellent to get fresh fruit and various types of seafood from the vendors along the beach. The condo is newly-refurnished in very elegant taste, but yet functional. We still talk about how relaxing it was to have breakfast at the balcony. Few other friends and I are already planning to come back to the Sands this year

A hundred yards from one of Phuket’s loveliest beaches, this beautiful apartment was the perfect place to unwind with a baby in tow. Spacious, airy, comfortable, and handsomely done up, it’s the ideal place to kick back for a few weeks and take life at whatever pace you choose. Nai Harn itself is delightfully unspoiled, with a tidal lagoon that’s great for small children, and a range of restaurants offering Thai and western dishes. Brighter lights are a short taxi ride away. We loved staying here and would come back again and again.

The apartment is really nice and neat. There is beautiful swimming pool in the building. The beach is in walking distance. I also appreciated the nice French bakery in town and the yoga studio. I had a really relaxing holiday there.
