Description

This is ideal budget accommodation, a very nicely furnished room with ensuite bathroom with Victorian bathtub. Contains TV, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses, all bedlinen and towels provided. No stove nor oven in this apartment. Apartment steps onto little courtyard with two tables and 8 chairs and flower tubs with view over mountain and just a few steps down you are in the pool, lush garden area.

“Charming stay!”

After heaving stayed a week in the fantastic apartment “heavenly view 1”, we moved with our 2 teenagers to the 2 fully equipped rooms in the little charming patio garden in the back of the house. “Heavenly view 2” is a charming double room with TV, a nice large bathroom with bathtub, Tea & Coffee facilities and once again, the tasteful furnishing and colours make it very special. There is sitting arrangement in the garden and a barbeque is at your disposal. The pool can of course be used any time and while sunbathing in the pools garden, you enjoy the most stunning view over Muizenberg. The charming owner Suzette Raymond goes out of her way to make you have a fantastic stay.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable and the location was amazing. Walking distance from the beach and few miles from Kalk Bay this place is great stay for someone looking for an affordable stay at an awesome location. Suzette, the property manager was very kind and gave us a lot of tips about travel in the area. It was a relaxing end to our long trip. Would greatly recommend this place!

Very clean, super comfy bed and pillows, wonderfully big bath. We used our room as a base and place to sleep over a long weekend. Suzzette was very warm, friendly and helpfull.

Hospitality and service second to none. Suzette always ensured her guests wanted for nothing and her staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation always cleaned and well maintained. The communal pool area and view is lovely and very relaxing. Accommodation close to all tourist attractions, restaurants, beach etc. I would recommend this holiday venue to anyone who needs to relax and have a real get-away venue. Sue Wainwright

Wonderful location, facilities and warm-hearted hospitality. Ideal for all who want to enjoy the beauty of the city and have a down-to-earth attitude to good, tasteful holiday accommodation with a wonderful atmosphere. Sociable, pleasant, lovely relaxing on the wondeful sun terrace and a hostess who is welcoming, helpful and pleasant to the extent of taking care of almost any extra wish ranging from restaurant bookings to relieving the guests of washing! Beautiful braais on the terrace overlooking the sea, sunbathing, swimming, enjoying the quiet and relaxation.

Hier bewohnt man ein sehr nettes Zimmer mit Bad,Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank.Wenn man tagsüber viel unterwegs ist, ist die Größe vollkommen ausreichend und es gibt direkt vor der Tür noch eine schöne Terrasse, so das man auch entspannt draußen sitzen kann. Die Anlage ist toll gelegen und die Gastgeberin immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt auch zwei sehr nette Hunde die sich im privaten Bereich befinden. Das Zimmer wird regelmäßig gereinigt und für frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist auch immer gesorgt.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Suzette (the owner) a message.

If Suzette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
