If you are looking for tranquility and comfort to unwind, enjoy the countryside and know the area this is your place !!! We are 10 minutes from Molina de Aragon, next to the road N-211. The building, newly built - 2012, is located on a farm on the outskirts of the village, away from noise privileged place where tranquility is guaranteed. It has garden with stone table and pergola, barbecue and carport. The house has 3 double rooms with bath, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils, fireplace, terrace. All rooms with TV. You can rent per room or rent integro. Maximum 6 guests. Totally rustic decoration of the highest quality, warm and cozy, with all amenities for guest comfort. Firewood, grill, paellero free. The house is listed by tourism category 3 ears. Check what is a rural house with category 3 ears !! Enjoy the fireplace and barbecue --- free firewood, do the Wind Route - 20km circular route to know the places charming village, pick mushrooms in season or simply listen to the silence, disturbed occasionally by some bird or cricket on the terrace.The village has shops, bar, pharmacy, health center with 24 hour emergency service.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
