Ten minutes away from the tranquil Majorda beach is a perfect and beautiful apartment named "Cozy Haven" overlooking

the beautiful calm neighbourhood. This first building from the Sea is a brand new two bedroom airconditioned luxurious apartment with its own private outdoor swimming pool (unheated) & within a secured compound - is a home away from home.

The house name expresses its beloved characteristics.

"Cozy Haven Luxury Holiday Home" is a family owned apartment. It is a true retreat in paradise overlooking the beautiful and bizarre gardens with rare species of palm trees / flowers & bushes. The early morning cup of coffee, relaxing in the balconies, gazing at this peaceful and tranquil garden around the swimming pool from the first balcony & listening to the tweeting of birds and watching people take their morning walk to the sea from the second balcony, gives you a calm soothing effect and a reminder that you are in Goa.

Atypical apartment with 2 air conditioned bedrooms, modern and spotless, aesthetically decorated wooden furnished living room comes with a LCD wide screen TV & Sky TV, a sofa for 5 and a dining table for 4 and a balcony with trolley and chairs to enjoy a cup of morning coffee. Power back up has just been added to the apartment.

One spacious air conditioned bedroom has a balcony facing the pool and comes with a dressing table with mirror & teak wooden cupboard with sliding doors and a safe. This bedroom has a queen size bed with kurl-on mattress & the finest quality cotton linen for a quite & peaceful sleep.

The second air conditioned bedroom comes with 2 single beds, also with one of the finest kurl-on mattress and quality cotton linen with a cupboard for storing it.

The kitchenette has an Aqua guard water purifier, a refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, hp gas, kettle, cooker, crockery, rice cooker and

first aid kit.

The spacious bath room at Cozy Haven is fitted with shower and geyser for continuous supply of hot water & luxurious towels for a nice bath, including the western style toilet. It has a beautiful mirror above the washbasin with dolphins embedded to give your early morning bath a reminder that you are in the vicinity of the famous dolphins found in Goa.

What you'll love about renting a room in this location is that you can get to the calm and white sand Majorda beach which is a walking distance 10 minutes from the apartment and also take a scintillating dip in the pool. Group of friends and couples just married or a family who would like to be together and meet each other to share their long awaited feelings as well as those who like to be close to beach and yet would like a quiet time would enjoy their stay. During the season the coast line is dotted with different shacks serving a variety of cuisine. the area is lined with trinket, handicraft and clothes shops. Various kinds of restaurants, pubs, car and bike hire can also be found along the roads leading to the beach. A doctor is available just below the apartment.
