Villa Bali Breeze Lovina is a luxury villa with a big infinity pool and breathtaking views over Lovina Beach and the Bali Sea on a privacy guaranteed property of almost 20.000 sqm. The villa sleeps 2-6 guests, but we have another 4 beds/bathroom available in the separate guest house. The unlimited use of car and driver, continental breakfast, wifi/fiber internet, complete housekeeping, laundry & drying service, local taxes and airport transfers are included in the all-in rental fees. So no hidden costs at all. Our rental fees depend on the number of guests and the season.

Our private villa offers absolute privacy on a property which is always exclusively yours. The main house is surrounded by a splendid tropical garden, lotus ponds and rice terraces. The three bedrooms with double French doors all open out onto the huge veranda all around the villa. Each bedroom has romantic four-poster beds and a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and double washbasins. All rooms have individual, silent air conditioning, ceiling fans and large built-in wooden cupboards.

In quiet North-Bali - still hardly discovered by tourists and far away from the crowded tourist hot spots Kuta and Sanur - lies Villa Bali Breeze on the green cascading slopes of a hill above the fishing village Lovina, amidst traditional rice terraces and mango orchards. The view over the rice fields and Lovina Bay is gorgeous. The amazing sunsets are magical!- Authentic Balinese style with all modern comfort -The open-air living room under the original Balinese wood-and-alang alang roof has a superb view on the Bali Sea, the mountains, the river gorge and the rice fields. Comfortable sofas, terrazzo tables and original Batavia chairs underline the character of the house: a mix of colonial and traditional style plus western comfort. Big antique doors from Java lean back against the wall as an magnificent piece of art.

Next to the open-air living room is the dining room with space for ten guests. The three-meter high French doors afford breezes, coolness and a scenic view. The long terrazzo table is surrounded by colonial chairs of which the design is based on classic models. The pantry - hidden just behind the living room - is equipped as a small, complete kitchen.The guest house of Villa Bali Breeze sleeps another four guests and has been built about thirty meters apart from the villa on a lower rice terrace. The guest house is a miniature of the main villa: two spacious bedrooms with a shared big bathroom, a pantry and an open living. So it's ideal for a family with (younger) kids. As a guarantee for your privacy we rent the guest house only in combination with the villa.

- Tropical birds come for an inflight-drink to the infinity pool -

The large 20+m swimming pool is built on a former rice terrace and is provided with an even longer 'infinity' overflow: the pool is large enough for a real swim! Swallows, bee eaters and other tropical birds like to come over for in-flight drinks at sunset. The secluded sun deck is spacious and comfortable with teak deck-chairs and removable sunshades. An outside shower is hidden next to the stairs to the villa. North Bali has a relatively dry climate with temperatures of 28-30° Celsius throughout the year. Even during the monsoon season (December till March) it is mostly sunny, but some rain may fall in the afternoons; the sky usually clears later and beautiful sunsets are almost guaranteed!

Villa Bali Breeze is a perfect base for discovering the culture and nature of Bali. Our driver is always available for a shuttle to the restaurants and shops in the village, or for (day) trips with your private car to secret quiet beaches, diving and snorkeling spots, mysterious volcanic lakes, Hindu temples or ceremonies, hidden waterfalls in the jungle, fruit and vegetable markets, the famous rice terraces of Munduk and Jatiluwih, an exciting dolphin safari in Lovina or the scenic golf course in a volcano crater at Bali Handara Kosaido

The villa is your exclusive, own small, private 5* hotel with a well-trained, English-speaking staff of seven. They will do their utmost to give guests a carefree holiday: 7 days per week cleaning, dishwashing, doing and changing beds, providing new towels, laundry and ironing etc. Breakfast, unlimited use of a car and driver, airport transfers, free wifi, local taxes and superb service by the staff are all included in the price of this luxury rental villa. Cooking of delicious Indonesian dishes may be arranged on request by our own cook. And the low prices of the dinners will amaze you!
