As the main house of the estate, Villa Esencia is situated directly on the beach and comprises two rental suites positioned opposite each other, ensuring optimal privacy. Esencia Premiere, located on the left side of the house facing the ocean, is a spacious and beautifully appointed 2-bedroom suite that has recently undergone renovations. With partial ocean views from within and breathtaking full views from the covered porch, this suite boasts its own private pool set amidst luxurious gardens. As an added bonus, a complimentary SUV-type car is provided for your island exploration. Furthermore, the renowned restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores of Grace Bay are just a short 5-minute drive away.

Cancellation Policy:

We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot, minus a $200 admin fee. If we can’t rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low-season (May 01 to Dec 15 – Excluding Holidays).

Bookings / Reservations are transferable, we highly encourage you to reach out to us at least 48 hours prior to arrival to send the new person’s contact name, number, and email.

We will be delighted to welcome you here, give you a tour of our property, and ensure you are comfortable and feel at home. We also live here and are available if you require anything but we also like to give you as much privacy as needed. We have 2 friendly dogs Goji and Seven that live with us at the house. You will not see them much except sometimes at the beach or when we take walks. The entire duplex is yours, with access to the pool, hot tub, gym, exterior shower, hammocks, and tiki huts on the beach.
