Chalet restaurado con estilo rural muy soleado con 3 patios, ubicado en zona tranquila y céntrica que permite visitar León paseando o en bus, sin necesidad de coche, ventanas y puertas de aluminio con rotura de puente térmico, parquet flotante y detalles de piedra natural y madera en patios, escaleras y salón, calefacción y agua de gasoil. 170 m útiles. Ampliamente equipado con todas las comodidades. Construcción de 3 plantas: Sótano o bajo (1 habitación, baño con ducha, 3 patios, bodega y salita) Planta primera (cocina, salón y entrada o hall) y Planta segunda (3 habitaciones, distribuidor y baño con media bañera).Tiene: 4 dormitorios (con 2 camas de 1,35 cm, 1 de 1,20, 1 de 1,05 y sofá de 2 plazas en salón), 2 baños con media bañera y ducha con mampara, cocina amplia totalmente equipada (con escaño, mesa y sillas de madera, frigorífico, lavavajillas, campana, vitrocerámica con inducción, microondas, cafetera melita y otra italiana, horno pizzas, amplia vajilla con ollas para inducción, olla exprés y Perfect, sartenes parrilla y normales, robot de cocina, cristalería y cubertería doble para uso de lavavajillas, plancha de cocinar y barbacoa) salón comedor (con mecedora, tv, armario, sofá cama, mesa y 6 sillas) patios interiores cubierto y descubierto con mesas, sillas y tumbonas, patio exterior con escalera externa a puerta principal, despensa o bodega, sótano con lavadora, caldera, mesa, sillas y sofás. En la fachada y escaleras interiores hay luces detectoras de presencia y luz en los patios interiores cubierto y descubierto además de las correspondientes luces led en todas las estancias. Totalmente equipado con ropa y productos de higiene y limpieza, aspirador, 1 secador de pelo en cada habitación, centro de planchado y plancha normal, secadora eléctrica, 2 tendederos portátiles y 2 exteriores en el patio interior, Wifi gratis, 5 TV por la casa, cambio de ropa semanal (sabanas y toallas).

El bajo o sótano esta habilitado para personas con problemas de movilidad, tiene entrada con rampa desde el patio exterior, habitación, baño, salita y patios en el mismo piso para entrar de la calle y desplazarse por el sin barreras arquitectónicas o escaleras.

El vado del chalet facilita el aparcamiento en la calle y es zona sin problemas de aparcamiento

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mercedes (the owner) a message.

    If Mercedes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
