Homestay accommodation available in Leeming with easy access to train and bus. I am a female engineer semi-retired who offer homestay style accommodation that includes your own bedroom fitted with wardrobe, bed and desk. Breakfast and dinner 7 days a week with fast wifi internet. Utilities include great location in West Leeming 7 minutes walk to Murdoch train station. 3 minute walk to Bull Creek shopping centre.

short or long term accommodation available for overseas students, Work and Holiday tourists and others over 18 years of age. Rules of the house includes:

1. no alcoholic beverages kept or consumed within the house boundaries or kept.

2. Every tenant takes the work load of 30-40 minutes/day depending on short term or long term.

3. weekly cleaning duties is once every three weeks for each tenant starting from arrival date.

4. All other duties are upon wall notices which you receive after you try to book the room.

5. Property manager's policy

Leeming

The house is located 7 minutes’ walk from Murdoch train station [Perth-South West Region]. Train distance from the City is 10 minutes. Driving distance from the city is 15 minutes. Many buses take you to various suburbs from the corner bus stop. Fremantle is 25 minutes away by buses 98-99. Murdoch University is 5 minutes away by buses 98-99, or just by bike. Coogee beach is within 20 minutes’ drive. Bull Creek Shopping Centre & library is within 3 minutes’ walk. The house is close to 4 main roads: Kwinnana Freeway, Roe High way, Leach High way & South Street. Market City in Canning Vale is 5 minutes’ drive away. Spudshed [a very cheap grocery store] is within 7 minutes by bus 515 which is in our foot path. Curtin University is 27 minutes away by bus 99 at the corner. UWA is 45 minutes away by train and one bus. Young educated tenants usually live here. They have plenty of time to look for work or work because they do not cook. Specious with view to the park. All Rooms windows open to beautiful floral gardens. Pictures available on our website. The house is painted newly. 95% of the house & land escaping are renovated. Modern kitchen, bathrooms, timber floors, walls & doors & custom built desks and shelves, outside sail shade with chairs & BBQ area.
